A tile-building board game

A four-way board game where you and three of your best bros must rebuild your frat after the last rager was a bit too lit and burned the entire house down. Use your negotiation skills to convince fellow bro's to build your dream frat house, full of gyms to get swole, kitchens for binge drinking and protein shakes, and of course the ballroom, where all footballs are kept. Earn enough popularity to become the president of the frat and you win!
